Q: How do I pay?
You can pay via MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, or Fapshi. For larger amounts, we also support bank transfers.
Q: Is my money safe?
Yes. Every payment is held in our Escrow system. The provider is only paid once you confirm you are satisfied with the work.
Q: Where is My Padi available?
We currently operate in Douala, Yaoundé, Limbe, Buea, and Bamenda. We are expanding to other cities soon.
Q: How do I become a provider?
Click on 'Become a Padi' in the navigation, sign up, and wait for one of our auditors to contact you for a physical audit.
